환불은 매 년 1월(1차), 4월(2차), 7월(3차), 10월(4차)에 진행됩니다.

정보 오류/수정, 환불진행 달 끝나기 바로 며칠 전 신청서 입력 등은 그 다음 회차에 환불 진행되오니 이 점 유의 바랍니다.

재학생은 반드시 담당 사무실에 방문하여 자퇴원서를 작성한 후 담당자로 부터 환불 절차를 안내 받아야합니다.

Refund for those who failed the visa and quit the course before the course start, will be proceed for 4-period every year. 

"1st- January, 2nd- April, 3rd- July, 4th- October"

Please note that for those who has submit a wrong information, change of information, or submit the information right before the end of the month which proceed the refund, the refund will be done on the next period.

If you are enrolling the course right now and want to quit in the middle of the course, please visit the office first and submit the leave of absence form to the officer. The officer will guide you the refund procedure.

在开学前放弃留学、签证被拒绝的同学学费将在每年四回分开处理退款。

“一月（第一次）、四月（第二次）、七月（第三次）、10月（第四次）”

请注意，在退款信息中发生错误、中间更改信息、或在处理退款当月结束前几天提交申请书等的情况下、该当退款将在下一回处理。

开学后希望退学的在读生，必须先访问办公室跟办公职员沟通及填写提交退学申请书。还需要从职员听说退款等的信息。
