Application requirement
1. Those who have a high school diploma or higher
2. Those who have graduated from their last degree within 2-year
※ If you have graduated 2 or more years from your last degree, please submit supplemental documents which can explain during the blank period.
(employment or career certificate, language training certificate, etc.)

1. All documents which is NOT in Korean or English or Chinese must be translated in either one of three languages(notarized).)
2. We may request for additional documents depending on students nationality and situation.
3. Documents submitted will NOT be returned to the applicants regardless of admission results.
4. Those who are from the country below and need D-4-1 visa, must register for 1 year(4-semester). (Must confirm the country list below)

※ We may request additional documents for those who are from the country above.
5. Only those whose documents arrive to address below within the registration duration will be count as proper applicant. (Your application will be cancelled, if no original documents have arrived.)

6. Application fee will be charged along with the tuition fee only for those who got admitted. Please use ‘Flywire’ to wire the tuition if you are abroad.
7. If you wish to change(or delay) the semester, you MUST re-apply during the semester application duration.
※ When re-apply, you MUST re-issue and submit the Certificate of Graduation(apostilled) and the Certificate of deposit(Bank balance) via POST.
8. Those whose visa get denied or those who want to cancel the application, you must visit ‘Academic info’ → ‘Forms’ → ‘Refund Application Form(online form)’ and submit the refund application online.
9. Before choosing housing in the application form online, you must inquire our staff first. (Inquiry: kli@mju.ac.kr)
10. Vietnamese applicant MUST apply through the below offices only.

Apostilled or notarized certificate of graduation(diploma) - Type 1: Need to get apostilled on the certificate of graduation(diploma) from your country. * Korean Embassy Consul Confirmation is NOT acceptable for those whose country signed up for Apostille. * Competent authority where to apply apostille in your country: https://www.hcch.net/en/instruments/conventions/authorities1/?cid=41 - Type 2: Get notarized from Korean Embassy Consulat on the certificate of graduation(diploma) * Only for those whose country did not sign up for Apostille. - Type 3: Those who graduated in China: Please refer to the Chinese page. |

Certificate of deposit balance of applicant, with a minimum of 10,000,000 KRW - The certificate must be issued within the application duration. (within 30 days of visa apply) - 4 semester(1year) registration mandatory applicant must deposit for overseas study expenses for 1 year. - If the certificate is applicant’s parent’s, following 2 documents need to be submitted. 1. Parent’s ID card (copy) 2. Official document indicating parent-child relationship between the applicant and his/her parents(or Birth Certificate) (copy) - Can NOT submit other’s certificate except for Parents. (e.g. Guarantor, spouse, relatives, or brother/sister’s) - Chinese: Please refer to the Chinese page. |

Parent's certificate of employment or certificate of business registration and property tax payment(Income certificate) - Pension recipients: submit withholding tax receipts - Income certificate: Must can confirm monthly(or yearly) income - Submit the applicant’s certificate of employment and income if the applicant afford his/her own expense of study abroad. - The employment/income certificate of a Korean guarantor or anyone who is not in a family relationship with the applicant is document #5.
